Leonor Neves holds a Master’s degree in Fine Arts from the Higher School of Arts and Design (ESAD.CR). She also holds a Bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts from the same institution. Neves has held three solo exhibitions and taken part in more than a dozen group exhibitions.

Her work is held in major public and private collections, both in Portugal and abroad, including the Figueiredo Ribeiro Collection (PT), the Joaquim Ferro Art Collection (PT) the Luís Müssnich Collection (BR), the Calouste Gulbenkian Foundation – Art Library (PT), and Tate Britain – Tate Library (UK).

In 2023, Leonor Neves published her first article The Shadow of the Wind: a haptic conversation with the landscape, in FITA Magazine – Time Travel, Vol. IV, 2023.

Her professional career has been recognized through awards and merit-based grants, among which: Portuguese Emerging Art – Emerge (2024); RAMA Creation Grant – Artistic Residencies (2022), Young Art Award – Millennium BCP Foundation (2021); Merit Grant – Directorate-General for Higher Education (2021); Merit Grant – Caldas da Rainha Municipality (2021); 1st Prize – Art in Public Spaces Competition (2021).
